John is a professional coach and sales trainer specialised in advisory, leadership, and client communication techniques. With extensive experience in sales development for major international brands and senior training management positions, he has an excellent record in coaching and consulting for impact, talent development, and change management.
John has over 20 years of experience in sales to corporate and institutional clients in several major European regions. During his career at the Financial Times, he spearheaded the distribution and commercial development of the publication in strategically important markets, achieving significant revenue growth and building high-performing teams. As Head of Advisory & Sales training delivery for Europe at UBS for 10 years, he accompanied the career development of bankers in the wealth management and investment bank divisions, as well as senior managers, financial intermediaries and asset managers.
Since launching his own company, John has worked as consultant and mentor for various financial and professional services, including legal, insurance, mining, education, and consultancy companies. Clients appreciate his dynamic and interactive approach, combined with his substantive interpersonal skills and ability to work in and with different cultures. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and German, making him a versatile and effective partner in diverse and challenging environments.
